We are delighted to share that three Tim Hortons restaurants in Wasaga Beach — 1900 Mosley Street, 720 River Road West, and 544 River Road West — have selected 100+ Women Who Care South Georgian Triangle as the recipient of funds from Smile Cookies sold exclusively at these locations. The campaign runs from Monday, April 27 to Sunday, May 3.

Each Smile Cookie sells for $2, and 100% of proceeds from all cookies sold during the 7-day campaign will go directly to our chapter in recognition of the impact we are making across the communities we serve. We will also receive $2 from every plushie sold.

Special thanks to Jan Trude, Kim Trude and Sarah Collie from Tim Hortons. This opportunity is especially meaningful because these Wasaga Beach restaurants are women-owned and women-led.

Our chapter was selected as the recipient of this campaign to help support our operating expenses so that we can focus more fully on our three core goals:

1. Education

Increasing awareness of the needs within our communities and the charities servicing these needs.

2. Collective Impact

Pooling our donations so that chosen charities receive significant funding for meaningful, locally-led projects that deepen their reach and impact;

3. Community and Connection

Bringing together women who care deeply about their communities with a committment to making a difference for others.

In alignment with these goals and on behalf of our members, a portion of funds raised through this Smile Cookie campaign will be shared with charities servicing Wasaga Beach that have been nominated by our members and are active in our database.

Volunteers Still Needed

Our cookie decorating spots are now full, but we are still looking for ambassadors throughout the week and especially on campaign weekend — Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3

As an ambassador, you will help represent 100+ Women Who Care South Georgian Triangle at Tim Hortons by greeting customers, sharing a little about who we are and what we do, and helping build energy around the campaign. We will provide everything you need.
